they are pushing us for 52 issues (current price is 1000 per issue / 52,000
-- we agreed to run banner ad in rotation for 12 months win win for both for
raising awareness

 



 

They are also going to take articles from any owasp project leader on beta
or release quality and insert them in the the publication.

 

They are selling magazine subscriptions / we are selling awareness to a
targeted global demographic.

Media/Marketing barter in trade to raise awareness for OWASP.  We worked out
a simple barter with a published magazine to run a AD for OWASP Foundation
in 52 issues in exchange for a banner ad on OWASP.ORG.  (attached is banner

This is NOT a barter in trade for corporate membership (we killed that idea
