[Owasp-board] board meeting

The dial up bridge we currently use costs .099/minute/caller. For 20 people
to be on board for a one hour call would cost just under $120 USD. There
is no additional cost occurred on our end for international callers that we
are aware of, but I am going to double check.

It may not be such a good idea to host the call and allow others to call in.
This could get expensive as most conference call services are by the person.
Is this the case for the service we use Kate?
Another alternative would be to record the call and make it available via
podcast? This would allow people to listen at there leisure. It would allow
us to inject one-off discussions for people who subscribe to the podcast.

I think you should email owasp-leaders list and post it on the board-meeting
WIKI page

So tomorrow's call will not be public?
My question was not so much the "how to host the call" but "how to make the
announcement."
I will be happy to post something on the wiki or send out an email. The
dial in number supports international calls. Skype works well too. If we
are going to record the calls, then I will need to figure out how to do
that, unless there is a volunteer who already knows how this is done.

Suggestion:
We could use a dial-in-bridge that supports international and 2 primary
caller types
1. Speakers (board members)
2. Listeners (anyone who wants to)
Write up the action item results and post as we do now
* what would be the max # of listeners on the call?
Another option suggested was Skype and record the call and post the
recording.
Perfect item for the call to clarify :) and until then the dial-up works
fine
