[Owasp-backend-security] PHP Security Programming

Dear all,

i just finished to put contents in'PHP Security Programming Sections'.

Due to a recently lack of time, and my poor english as well i want to
pre-review that chapter before saying to our Leader (Carlo) that i
finished my class work :)

As you can see from Main Wiki Page i left a 5% to complete. Such a 5%
will goes to 0 as soon as i finish my personal review.

Why do i put it on the wiki now?

Because i would be very happy if some one want to read in the meanwhile.
So feel free to do it and post comments and suggestions.
