I really like this Colin,

  I scanned through the document in about 15 minutes.

   The only thought I had was to mention in 2-- Project Summary, that Web
Applications are one of the primary targets for App Sensor. I'm not sure
of the technical ability of the person reading the proposals, and they
might not see the connection?

  Great stuff!
