[Owasp-appsensor-project] AppSensor for Global Security Challenge?

This sounds very exciting. I think we should submit an entry. The only thing I'd like to have verified is any transfer of ownership. Clearly we don't want any implied ownership or rights to AppSensor as a result of submitting an idea (or winning).
Otherwise, looks great. I'd like to be involved in the process and review the submission.
