[Opa] Too many open files

Hi,

While upgrading my compiler from v1555 to v1698, I had some issue during 
the /BadOpCodeGeneration/ about too many open files and crashing the 
compiler...

It's only happening on our server (my desktop is fine) and upgrading the 
max number of open file per user did the trick... But I was just 
wondering if something might have changed to cause this :)
