[Opa] Documentation fix for Dom.transform actions syntax extensions

Hello,

The manual needs to be updated for new syntax here:

http://doc.opalang.org/manual/Developing-for-the-web/Syntax-extensions

Actions section still mentions <- and  +<- which don't work in new syntax
anymore.
