[Opa] Including google analytics with resource

My bad! It was an unrelated error, I didn't look at the message closely
since I hadn't changed anything else but I had upgraded Opa. I had to pull
out my WFormBuilder stuff that isn't in use by the app anyway so doesn't
matter it won't compile now.
