[Opa] Scaling on Dotcloud

I know MLState and Dotcloud have worked together to support Opa on
Dotcloud. And I host my little toy Opa app opado.org on Dotcloud.

But has anyone used their instances argument to scale their Opa app and
have them interact between each instance?

(I'm also working on doing the same thing with Erlang, which I'm much more
experienced with but can not get working.)
