[Global_membership_committee] it's that time of the year again - honorary memberships

Group, as we prepare to launch the 2012 election season, it's time to debate
again the role, purpose, and appropriateness of honorary memberships.

 

1.  Are we granting all chapter leaders honorary membership?

2.  Are we granting all co-chapter leaders and chapter board members
honorary membership?

3.  Are we granting all project leaders honorary membership?  Project
reviewers?

4.  Are we considering the "o-point" system raised at the 2010 summit?

5.  Are we going to use a "self-nomination" form (much to the dismay of the
EU crowd)

6.  What about people on the leaders list?  What about people who show up
for chapter meetings? (sarcasm)

 

ARE WE GOING TO DISSOLVE THE CONCEPT COMPLETELY AND STICK TO MEMBERS FOR
VOTING?
