[Global_membership_committee] Membership Slides

Theme - don't we have a vanilla OWASP theme already? Should we use that?

Slide 3 - Can we add a number that captures the total number of contributors? Maybe this is a mailing list count. But I feel like we're bigger than 1500 members - especially since membership is not a forcing function and instead a supporter avenue (e.g. npr model).
