I believe at one stage we were also providing a backpack, shirt, etc
to new members and this would incur a storage cost.

I am not a fan of the backpack but the shirts, well I am wearing the
green one right now :)

Maybe we could provide these when members attend a conference to avoid
the storage fees - even if we discount the rate to make the recently
those who joined attend?
