Yes, we can initiate the survey (it's less of a launch and more of an 
opportunity to have industry leaders influence the content of the 
survey) at Appsec EU, but the point is that unless we have adequate 
attendance, the ROI isn't there.

I can develop the flyer assuming we decide to move forward.  I want to 
see that invite list first, though.
