At the moment Joe and Fabio have expressed an interest in undertaking
some sector-specific outreach.  At the moment I would say they're not
"slotted in" anywhere - just up for discussion - and don't necessarily
need to be GIC.  There is certainly potential for overlap with local
chapter events, conferences and your ideas.  Maybe some of the effort
should be combined into one initiative as the pilot?
