[Global_education_committee] Fw: Training Fees

I think if we can effectively cover the cost of delivering the  
trainning and the cost needed to be covered by the foundation, it is a  
good idea. I always thouhght we should work on the benefits gained by  
the 5k corporate sponsorship but again it is a dontation after all.
