Today OWASP has a business relationship with Rackspace and this is where www.owasp.org and our mailinglist and OCMS are already. There are currently (2) virtual hosts that are not allocated and available, however we should leverage Apache Virtual Hosting for VPS when possible. There is a paid administrator role coming online in Q2 and this person will be able to have dedicated cycles to put hands on the effort. There have been other hosting firms that have made offers to help out as well including GoDaddy and NYInternet.

However I want some data before we look for providers. I Think we should email all of the event planners (we have a list of their email addresses in OCMS) and ask what technologies they used for their sites (static HTML, Databases, Wordpress, Django, Drupal et all) and make sure that we get a solution that at least meets our historical needs.
