[Global_conference_committee] [Owasp-latam-leaders] OWASP Costa Rica organizing first OWASP Day but we need speakers

I can feel the support you are providing and I appreciate it. I would like
to host the participation of all of you here, but we do not have a lot of
money to bring you here but I will need some help.
