[Global_conference_committee] Global AppSec Conference

Conference Committee Members (and other interested parties) -

Islam Azzeddine Mennouchi, who is the OWASP Algeria Chapter Leader, has
suggested a Global AppSec Conference for the MENA Region (Middle East
Northern Africa).  One possibility is to add this to the 2013 call for
conferences, and plan for the event for early 2013 (1 year from now). Also,
maybe we could include all of Africa and not just Northern Africa.

What do others think?
