[Global_conference_committee] SurveyMonkey Account for Event Follow up

Sweet.  We just upgraded our SurveyMonkey account to the lowest paid level
so that we could get additional questions and the custom URL.  Would be
nice to be able to merge that with the OWASP Foundation SurveyMonkey
account.  I'd say that's $300/yr well spent.
