[Global_conference_committee] GCC Meetings/Items at the Summit

GCC,

Some of you have been asking what GCC "required" items we will be having at
the Summit.  Basically there are only two sessions that we will all need to
attend.  They are:

normal monthly meeting held at the Summit (If you aren't at the summit, we
will try and Skype you in if your available, scheduling is subject to the
summit planning team).

Session discussing enhanced conference planner support.

Othewise, you are all free to attend other sessions as you feel appropriate,
but for all GCC members attending the summit, you'll need to be at these two
sessions.
