[Global_conference_committee] Global AppSec Asia 2011

All,

In our 2011 Call for conferences did we ever get anyone to step up to do an
Asia event?  If not, we should look for a host chapter and get started for a
Q4 Global AppSec event.

As an aside, we need to get out the 2012 Call for Conferences out.  This
will however have to wait till the OCMS is ready so we can take them in.
