[Global_conference_committee] Call for 2012 Conference Proposals soon?

Hi Mark and the GCC!

I think we should send out the Call for Proposals for 2012 conferences asap. If Greece comes up with a winning proposal for EU 2012 they'll most probably run for another Research conf, inviting 25% academia on the program. That means they'll have to have a Call for Papers out in 2-3 months from now, with dates, program committee etc.

I've already promised to be the GCC guy for EU 2012.
