So, regarding streaming and remote participation ...
I have proposals on the table from WebEx and from GotoMeeting posted on the
August board meeting agenda https://www.owasp.org/index.php/August_8,_2011
and I know that Mark has worked on a third option.
Can we make a commitment to move forward on something soon as this has been
on the OWASP leader's "wish list" for a long, long time.
Perhaps a topic to resolve at the Tuesday, September 20, 2011 meeting at
AppSec USA?

I would focus on streaming and remote participation and on helping in
acquiring sponsorships (maybe hiring someone to help).
Yopur list is rather long and we may not be able to do everything.
