[Global_conference_committee] VOTE: Automatic Approvals of Events in OCMS

Ralph,

I completely agree.  I guess my thoughts here was that I don't want our
processes to overburden events or become obstructionist.  I concurr that if
we had more prompt voting/Q&A that there would not be a need for a system
like this but if you look at the current "longest" times (
https://ocms.owasp.org/events/votes/), it's really just not acceptable in my
view.

Open to additional thoughts....
