[Global_conference_committee] Call for Global Appsecs

GCC,

So we've had an underwhelming response to our call for 2012 appsec
conferences.  We currently only have 1 application from the Lascon guys for
AppSec NA next year.

Any thoughts/connections we want to leverage to fill out the 2012 calendar?
