[Global_conference_committee] OWASP Conference Registration Distribution

I'd agree with Kate.  It's likely opening day for reg.

This is data from several conference put together.  The cons were,
AppSecDC09, AppSecNYC08, AppSecResearch10, AppSecNZ09.  They were the
largest 4 events in CVENT that were already comleted, that's how I chose
them.  There is no way I know of to dump ALL registrations from the tool,
otherwise I would have done that.

The intent, was to show a bit of the distribution of conference
registrations to aid in planning.
