[Global_conference_committee] OWASP Conference Registration Distribution

All,

I was working on some metrics with CVENT data and, somewhat incidentally,
created something I think is useful.  Attached is a distribution of OWASP
conference registrations over time before the conference.  Should help
people with planning et all.

I've updated

this info too.
