another time is suitable to most.

Conference Organizers, this is a new format that the committee has adopted  
where we are inviting you to each of our committee meetings. This is your  
opportunity to identify challenges and request support of the committee.   
Please attend and provide an update for your conference if you are  
available to do so.  If you are not presenting, please let me know who will  
be taking your place.  If you can not attend, please submit an update to me  
via email (mark.bristow at owasp.org) so that I may update the committee.
