[Global_chapter_committee] board meeting feedback

Gents,
feedback from the board.

First of all: great work!

Second: there was not enough time to go over all details, but at first sight
this is ok.
a) We should make clear what we ask in terms of OWASP resources
b) Everything should be on the wiki with clear indications of the status.
e.g. draft/requesting approval/work in progress/finished ...

Third: After we have clear questions for approval we should send this also
to the Owasp-leaders (+board members) list to have their feedback before the
next board meeting (March-3).

By the next board meeting (March-3) we can expect formal approval.
