[GPC] another inquiry

Yes - please give them (and everyone else in the world) blanket
permission to link to everything on the OWASP website. I think it's
kind of ridiculous to try to limit who can link to things on your
website. But it's doubly ridiculous for OWASP since everything is under
and open source license, free, and we want people to see it. So yes,
absolutely, link to WebGoat.

So, how do I know it's been followed up on? I'm sure your familiar with
the odd sensation that your messages shoot out into the universe but
never land with anyone? Sometimes the silence is deafening. J

This is fine, assuming Jason doesn't have any objections.

Committee, please let me know if you are not the correct group to

To Whom It May Concern:
One of our Technical Staff Members would like to link back to WebGoat
from our open source tools website, http://tools.netsa.cert.org/. We
want to make sure that: A. We can do this and B. We do this legally with
out breaking any of your license agreement terms and conditions. Please
provide me with your legal point of contact so we can ensure we are on
the same page. Our Technical Project Lead is George Warnagiris and he
can be reached at gwarnagi at cert.org or 412-268-9231.
