[GPC] Reactivate OWASP Google Hacking Project

Christian, I'm not familiar with the original goals fo the Google Hacking
Project.  Mind sharing your ideas for it?

On its old project page I see reference to the Google SOAP API.  Since that
API is now gone, do you envision moving to their AJAX API?
