[GPC] Committee Member Sponsorship

I made some changes too... Just minor edits on wording, but major cleanup on
formatting. I made the exec decision to call the sponsorship a "Summit
Sponsor", but feel free to change it around.
Also, feel free to undo anything I did if you don't like it :)
