I changed some of the wording.

Feel free to change it of course.

I removed the explicit statement asking for company time and accommodation
as I think it's a little bit too forward. I think the language is implicit
enough that attendees can make their case without their employers being
offended by an apparent solicitation by OWASP.

I think most employers will understand the implication and it ensures it
doesn't make us sound like beggars :-)

Just my humble opinion.
