[GPC] Draft diagram for releases/review

Pravir, 

Once again, excellent work.  I have to say the hill (ramp?) style is
more clear to me but then again, I did the pencil drawing ;)

Suggestions/Comments:
* Not sure how to do this but visually its hard to see the dividing
lines between the three stages.  I can see that the gray is getting
darker from left to right but I'm wondering if something more distinct
would help?  Maybe reduce the coloration of the test rectangles and add
more color to the hills background (change from grey)  Maybe make the
background a more transparent/opaque version of the boxes with the text.
Does any of this make sense?
* We almost need a 5th box for Stable as the line at the bottom looks
odd with the gap.
* Could we squish the two reviewers for stable into a single box?  Maybe
have the two heads next to each other with one mostly obscured by the
one in front? The 3 stack of people looks a bit off for stable.

I'll read over the text again and provide any comments/suggestions when
I get a chance.
