Paulo thats correct Jeff did this. Has this been released as I have not seen
it on the airways, not even the OWASP lists?

I wrote the PR for Eoin and asked Kate to distribute it the "normal" way.
Even if this is just posting to a few lists we need to have a standard way
to do this for big releases.  I was hoping we had a big list of press
contacts to send it to.  Paying for prnewswire does not make sense to me.
