I just realized and confirmed with Dave that the funding issue was for
future season of code grants, not current projects being completed.  Andi
and I spoke this morning and I will review the spreadsheets with her today
to make sure they all get paid.

As far as I know, yes, there was discussion regarding applying SoC monies to
support the cost of the Summit but the issue still needs further discussion
and none definitive decision has yet been made.
