[GPC] FW: Fw: Submission for a project proposal

Paulo,

My vote is that this would be a great addition to the OWASP lineup.
We will obviously need to let them know about our proposal requirements, but
this one looks pretty well thought out. Also, his dates have either already
passed, or are shortly upcoming. We might have to ask if his dates will
change since we took a while getting back to him.
