[Esapi-php] New contributor!?

Hi!


I'm involved in an open source CMS community and member of its security
team. We plan to integrate ESAPI4PHP into the CMS and therefore depend
on a stable product in regards to ESAPI.
Therefore I'd like to contribute to this particular project.

Based on what is already visible, ESAPI4PHP seems to be a necessary
effort to make PHP applications more secure.

I'm familiar with JAVA but daily used programming language is PHP.

As a start, I'll check out the "GETTING STARTED" document on ESAPI4PHP
and have a closer look on existing code.

Don't hesitate to contact me via pm! Especially if you'd like to set up
a skype call to get me started.

By the way, I'm a native German.
