[Esapi-dev] HELP! RE: Exception Using ESAPI Java after Reloading or Stopping/Starting App in Tomcat

You have multiple ESAPI.properties files? Are they configured to use
different loggers?

Does this issue only occur when you reload or start/stop an app? What
happens if you shut down Tomcat entirely and restart it?
