[Esapi-dev] ESAPI WAF

Arshan,

We are grateful for your ESAPI WAF donation to OWASP and would like to split it out of the core of ESAPI and give it it's own project. It does not 'fit' into the core project in a number of ways.

We plan to do this fairly soon.

Is this acceptable? It should have minimum impact and remove a number of dependencies from the core.

Acceptable everyone?
