John Melton has been submitting (good) patches in preparation for the 
2.0 GA release - I've granted him commiter access.

Patrick Higgins has been an exceptional help to the project in a number 
of ways. I'm just temporarily pulling access from Patrick to keep out 
commiter numbers down. Patrick, if you want to jump back in, just shout 
and I'll give you commit access back.
