Board/Committee Chairs,

As a result of the most recent board meeting at AppSecUSA we talked about that our new treasurer (Matt) is now elected off and running on crunching numbers with observations and recommendations coming next month... based on last couple of years budget vs. actual and planning for 2012+

I came across this today and though it was very OWASP like

So as you think about those links in the OWASP world they would touches several groups;  Membership, Projects, Connections, Conferences, Chapters  -- what are your thoughts on making OWASP more visible and using the visibility to help foster positive global volunteer behavior.
