To ease and simplify this, Aspect has volunteered to sponsor the event and
cover the expenditures.

That being said, from the perspective of being a project leader and a member
of the GPC this issue needs to be resolved and documented. It is important
that project leaders have a way to show their appreciation and support for
project contributers. The amount of man hours contributed to a lot of
projects doesnt come close to the expenditures for having an event like
this.
