Board/Chairs,

As you should have already seen, I consolidated the goals the chairs put
together into one document:

I thought it would be easier to add comments and track revisions in a
Google Doc.

Unfortunately, I couldn't transfer over Rex's cool formatting easily,
but all the content is still there.

Chairs - you may want to proof/verify my transcription
