[Committees-chairs] Resignation of Cassio Goldschmidt

All,

For those not on the GCC Call that just ended Cassio Goldschmidt has
decided to “retire his cleats” as it relates to the Global Conferences
Committee as he is expecting a newborn soon.  Cassio has assured me
that this is not a resignation from OWASP, but just a scaling back of
responsibilities.  Cassio has been instrumental in working in both the
US and LATAM regions and I'd like to thank Cassio for his service on
the committee and wish him the best.
