[Committees-chairs] conferencing lines

When we moved to gotomeeting, each one of you was set up with your own
teleconferencing bridge with a moderator and access code.  This is IN
ADDITION to the gotomeeting rooms.  The accessline numbers have been
deactivated, so they will no longer work.  you need to use either
gotomeeting or HiDef conferencing for your meeting needs.

 

Attached is the list of International Access numbers as well as the list of
International Toll Free numbers.  Your moderator number and pin number are
unique to you.

 

The HiDef rooms are audio only and can accommodate up to 500 attendees.  If
you need more space than that, let me know and I can open it up as high as
1000 for audio only.  The gotomeeting rooms will accommodate up to 25
attendees and are suited well for collaboration.  

 

When the conferencing was set up, I had only requested automatic
establishment of rooms for the committee chairs and for admin.  If you need
me to resend your information to you, let me know.  Additionally, there is
no limit to the rooms we can have, so if someone else needs a room, I can
set them up.

 

The cost associated with these rooms if for the toll free dial access.
There is no direct cost (other than our subscription fees) for the rooms.
Please let me know if there is other information I need to make sure people
